Should have extensive hands on experience in Web Application TestingKnowledge of Javascript and PHP is desirableAutomation experience is a plus.
Exposure to various types of testing e.g. Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, Installer testing etc.Should be well versed with writing and executing test plans and cases ensuring traceability
Must be proficient in preparing documents, estimations etc.
Experience in Black box testing and exposure on automation tools.
Should have exposure to Defect tracking tool and ability to write clear and understandable bug reports.
Should have ability to plan own work and finish the tasks before or within allocated time.
Process Oriented and ability to accomplish tasks as per set QA and QC processes.
Responsibilities will also include working closely with the Development, Business Analyst teams to ensure the feature/product is compliant to requirement specs
Should have experience managing medium to large teams.
Excellent communication and people management skillsExcellent in Client Relationship management
