Position : Customer Care Executive, Band 3
Job Location : Chandigarh
Age: 18 – 30 years
Education and Experience required:
• Provide Customer Service for Air Ticketing and reservations
• Graduate / undergraduate, 12th Standard pass out with atleast 6 months of diploma in Air fare, Ticketing and reservations
• Must have 6-12 experience in Air Ticketing and reservations
• Knowledge of CRS – Amadeus is a must
• * IATA qualified candidates and candidates having VISA knowledge will be given preference
Profile Required:
• Must be willing to work in 24x7 environments
• Good knowledge of Indian and US geography
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Excellent written / oral communication
• Must possess high level of judgment and decision making skills
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
